The Summit Venue recently hosted an Amazing Race team building event for a team from the WSP Group. The event was facilitated and coordinated by TBAE.
In TBAE’s Amazing Race team building event, participants are divided into teams. Each team is provided with various clues from which they have to locate each “check-in” point. The different “check-in” points either have activities they need to complete or the team needs to prove that they located the “check-in” point. The first team to complete all the activities and tasks in the correct order is the winning team.
The various specific outcomes for this team building activity include: Roles, Diversity, Time Management, Efficient Teamwork, Focus, Lateral Thinking, Problem Solving, Improving Communication and Attention to Detail.
